Hi, I’m Amanda and I am passionate about improving people’s health, fitness and wellbeing. This is achieved through my friendly and relaxed yoga and exercise classes; cooking and wellbeing workshops and ‘pop- up’ social events. My aim is to make this both affordable and accessible with classes and events that take place in your local communities.
I also offer 1:1 coaching and bespoke programmes for yoga, fitness, weight loss and nutrition. My forte is particularly suited to woman aged 40- plus, who feel they have lost their mojo and that diets and exercise no longer get the desired results they once did. I help them achieve their goals.

I have been attending Amanda’s fitness classes at Findern village hall for many years, and since Covid, have enjoyed participating in her Zoom sessions, covering Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and Legs Bums & Tums. Her classes cater for all abilities and she will always give easier alternatives to the more challenging exercises. She always stresses the importance of “working at your own level” and that “no movement should cause pain”.
Amanda always demonstrates and does all the exercises along with the class, which is particularly beneficial for beginners.
She has enormous enthusiasm and energy which is extremely motivational.
